  4. Everyone will successfully complete service training to ensure they perform within the firm’s.
  5. Each employee will understand their responsibilities and firm’s goals as established.
  6. Everyone will anticipate the needs of our clients in order to provide the services they expect and need.
  7. Each employee will continuously identify points of improvement throughout the firm.
  8. Any employee who receives a client complaint “owns” the complaint.
  9. Every employee is empowered to resolve the problem and to prevent a repeat occurrence.
  10. Employees will react quickly to resolve a client’s issue immediately. Follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
  1. Uncompromising levels of neatness and cleanliness are the responsibility of every employee.
  2. Always maintain a positive attitude and appearance. Be polite and cordial toward clients as well as fellow employees.
  3. Always be a positive representative of the firm inside and outside of the work place.
  4. Escort clients to their destination rather than pointing out directions to another area of the firm.
  5. Everyone will be knowledgeable of the firm’s services.
  6. Always use proper telephone etiquette. Answer within three rings and with a “smile.”
  7. Take pride and care in your personal appearance.
  8. Every employee is responsible for protecting the assets of the firm.
  9. Every employee is aware that the highest degree of client and firm confidentiality is to be maintained.
  10. Every request is relevant. Every response is important.
